• Create an Account: Register for your organisation to track your current and future submissions.

• Start your application: Click the orange button below to begin. You will start with a Quick Scan to see if your project aligns with our focus areas.

• Need Help? You’ll find guidance and tips on the left side of every form to help you through the process.

Running Partners (applications and reporting)

• Log In: Use the email address associated with your current KKF project.

• Manage Your Work: Through your Optimy account, you can submit reports, update information, or start a new application round.

Helpful Tips

• Save as You Go: You don’t have to finish everything at once. Save your progress and return whenever you're ready.

• Review Carefully: Once you select "Validate and send", your application or report is final and cannot be edited.

• Key Dates: For deadlines and decision timelines, please refer to the KKF Website or our LinkedIn page.
